My Philosophy:
Healthy touch is essential to all of us. From new born to the elderly. Massage can benefit so many aspects of everyday life: aches, pains, stiffness, gastrointestinal issues, tension...Massage can also be used to bring one's body back into balance and calm the Central Nervous System. Our world is crazy and just walking down the street can affect how we feel. It is best of our bodies are in a "rest and digest" frame of mind. Massage can aid in this act of balance and help to soothe our soul.
